Xbox.com signup problems. Help?

I have been having problems signing up on www.xbox.com. It keeps saying my gamer tag is inappropriate and I can’t sign up. The gamer tag I play under is PMS Coyote, I don’t really understand how it’s a problem. Does anyone have any ideas about how I can get past this?

Umm no idea but i do know xbox.com is having server and runtime issues today. I use it to send out msges to the division and its been a pain today with all the errors. Took me an hour to send one msg. :(

I know I was asked to change my name and some of the other girls have been as well, but I give me this message yesterday as well. I'm not sure what is going on. I know they are busy with tons of kinks and stuff. *Sigh* :(
