Has anyone else used RAID0?

What does it mean when SMART says that it might fail? Does that mean that the actual HD is bad or could it be my array collapsing? (I've had some bluescreen's recently and my pc has been crashing lately - According to the system log it says it BS's are from the CD drive)

S.M.A.R.T. is pretty much the end of the line for drive error detection. If it starts detecting errors, there is an extremely high probability that the drive in question will fail. I recommend that you get another drive of the same size and backup the array, as RAID 0 does not have any parity at all, so if one disk goes you will either lose all of your data or be forced to pay a huge amount to recover it. Also, time is an issue here, as you risk data corruption every time something writes to the drive, or possibly even when there is reading.

Sorry for the bad news. :(

Absolutely correct, except if SMART says the drive is failing, it is failing. Best advice is stop using the computer until you can replace that drive.
