Router trouble

My linksys router model #befsr41 Keeps loosing internet. Its a cable router. It is only running to my computer which is running xp. As well as my xbox 360. Every so ofton when im running my computer it will loose connection, my windows live messenger will sign out as well as my other instant messanging programs. It happens but not to often. Now when I run my xbox 360 I loose connection very quickly and boots me out of a game or usually i dont get that far and am booted out of matchmaking. I tried some research, and found info it may be related to the cache or somthing, which i guess would explain why i loose it so quick with my 360 as it uses alot more bandwidth. Any ideas how i can fix this? When i check network connectins with my 360 everything looks normal and reports back that it has an open nat.

Im fine now i just needed to upgrade my firmware for my router thanks anyways :)
