Dude, i just saw the tralier and i have to say.... i buying this game the sec it comes out. the Graphics are like SUPERB!!! and all that exploring to dude and character customization and FOR ONCE IN A GAME LIKE THIS the character has a voice and you can choose what he or she says, and it shows how you threaten others, such as, you can point your gun at them etc, and you also have something like force powers like star wars, since it is made by the same companies of starwars. you can get more info of mass effect at http://media.xbox360.ign.com/media/718/718963/vids_1.html and give your opions here.:D :D :cool:

Dude I know exactly what you mean I love anything by bioware and I have been waiting for this game since before E3 and it is acctually supposed to be an MMO yes a MMORPG I cannot wait

i've already pre-orderd it, and saved up the money for it as well.:cool: no all i gotta do is book a hotel nearest to my eb games the week before it comes out and go there 7 hours before it opens and whaile im waiting i go to timhortons for a cup of coffee to keep me awake and then i'll get there and when i have my copy of it i'll try to beat it in 2 days. hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahahaha.........hahaha hahahahahaha........ and thats my plan.:D :D :D

Sorry, it's not an MMORPG...straight up RPG. I saw it behind closed doors at E3 we asked about Online capabilities and Bioware said content download only.

I agree, this game looks like it will be lots of fun. Its one of the titles on my "to get" list in terms of playability and to add to the collection. Last I saw at e3 it looked a little rough around the edges as far as animations and combat interactions but I have high expectations none the less.

I am rather impressed with their character animations that you can see from their video. www.bioware.com has it in a flash based video which is easier to view.

I sorta wish they would go back to making games like the baldur's gate series. I'm not a great fan of how they have gone to a cinematic experiance when Baldur's Gate1 and 2 where so brilliant like they were.

SW:KOTOR was genius, but mostly because it was so "STARWARS" It was more like the original movies than they movies were. It was brilliant.

Jade Empire- Was a good game. A fun, play twice game. Not a game I could do more than that. The Good<--->Evil scale is too limiting for it. The only reason the scale worked for KOTOR was because of Star War's having it built into the universe.

No, Mass Effect needs to have the 9 grid if they want to do allignment.

Lawful Good - Neutral Good - Chaotic Good

Lawful Neutral - True Neutral - Chaotic Neutral

Lawful Evil - Neutral Evil - Chaotic Evil

Then you have so many more options on thought processes.
When it is just Good <---> Evil you really only have Angel <---> FunnyBunnyFunnyBunnyFunnyBunnyFunnyBunnyFunnyBunny FunnyBunnyFunnyBunny.
I assume you all know what I mean?

At anyrate I am looking forward to the game. Almost as much as I am looking forward to Spore.

if they ever make a new kotor game i hope they put in the battle engen of jade empire in it, just imagen, you could do all those jumps and saber styles, force moves and they must if they do make a new one, beable to put your robes HOOD on, thats what they forgot in kotor two. and give a selection of voice to choose from for the main character. i think most of us agree that with a good voice for the main character the game would be better, but we should be able to choose what the person says, ya know.

Been following this one for a while - I can't wait. Bioware pretty much has become the premire RPG makers. Not sure what the voice selctions will be but the game seemed to have an extensive dialog selction and the main character looked voice. I can't wait to play this one

Oh and I agree - KotOR with the Jade emprie comabt engine would rock.
