Hi!
My name's Ashley. I just turned 20 and I live in Pennsylvania.
On the X-box 360 - denied heaven (therefore I'll respond to Ashley, Denied or Heaven...I adapt :D)
I recently graduated from one college and now I'm going to another college to further my degrees. I moved away from all my friends and family and now it's just me, the boyfriend, and the kitty (a.k.a. Squish). And I've said all this to say that it's a little lonely. I don't get much interaction with any other girls - not to mention that I get no contact with other girls who play videogames (meaning that I don't have any girls on my FL). I'm dedicated and not afraid to say that school is my life - with videogames running a close second.
I pretty much just have a small group of guys that I usually play with and I'm hoping to expand it. I'm a night owl which means I'm in search of others who are sleep deprived...or in another time zone :p
My boyfriend got me hooked on Gears of War and then it just sort of exploded. I'm also interested in joining PMS - particularly for the Call of Duty 4 division or GoW.
I like having fun. I'm not arrogant and I don't talk trash. I'm not very 'into' the gaming community as of right now, but some of the guys I play games with have asked me if I was in the PMS clan and I had no idea what they were talking about so I decided to come check it out.
I know (and have heard) most of the stereotypes associated with girl gamers. I love [silently] proving stereotypes wrong. I'm comfortable with controversy I suppose. This I can thank my mother for...she raised me on her own to be an independent, headstrong female - unfortunately for my boyfriend sometimes lol.
I'm opinionated, but always respectful. I'm known to be sarcastic, but if nothing else, I can make you laugh. Oh and of course, the myspace...I don't want to put a direct link because even though my profile has no real profanity in it, I can't assure everyone that my blogs are curse-word-free, I don't remember, and I don't know if I'm allowed to link to it or not because of that.
