i called xbox, they said it's an emergency update they had to do and nothing works and everyone will be kicked off xbl shortly. XBL will be up around 1 am.

yeah xbox.com is hella messed up the guy i talked to when i called xbox said that the same thing happend when Halo 3 came out and COD4 must have crashed the server, thats y they are doing an unexpected update....

I just got through practice not long ago, I guess it is just all around dodgy. Hopefully they will get it up before one am so that those who want to get in practice hours before the wee hours of the morning can do so.

ya COD4's server crashed cause for about a half an hour i tried to get into a game but everytime i would get into the lobby i would get kicked out and so would everybody else everybody i talked to had the same problem

I had the same problem too. It took me about 20 minutes to finally get back on. It worked fine for a while after that, but it's not right again. I can log-on, but my friends list has everyone offline. As long as it's working fine when I get home from work tomorrow, it'll be alright. :)

This happened 2 days ago too. Be aware that when Sensible soccer is released on xbox live arcade, this is likely to happen again as way too many people will be downloading and playing that :p

I can get on and see everybody and join without a problem, but my wife using the same system but different gt can't see the same people that I can. I wonder if they have different servers that they host accounts on?

i was playing two worlds by myself again cause everyone else lagged out. i wasnt having problems, onlh on halo for 5min when all my friends had issues getting kicked from btb
