Street Fighter II Has A Release Date!

According to Major Nelson Street Figher II: Hyper Fighting is coming August 2nd as part of the "Summer of Arcade" releases.

Here is the complete list of the "Summer of Arcade" Releases:

July 12 – Frogger
July 19 – Cloning Clyde
July 26 – Galaga
August 2 – Street Fighter II’ Hyper Fighting
August 9 – Pac-Man

It took so long because they wanted it done right, which is fine in my book.
There is a quote that I think fits this situation perfectly, but I cant remember exactly who said it... but it went something like this:

"People will forgive a game if it is released late, but they will never forgive it if it is poorly done."

I kinda hacked it up so, sorry whoever said that, but I hope you all get the gist of what im trying to say.
