RSS Feed

[Jane PMS]

Anyone familiar with rss feed. I have a tester file that I converted into an MP3 and I do not understand how to use the rss part. If anyone knows how to please contact me on pms_shortcake@msn.com (msn) or gngmagazine@aol.com (aim). I am a quick learner and will understand what you are saying. I am jsut having problems following these online guides.

i should be able to help you first thing i need to know is what are you trying to use this feed and or file(mp3) for? sounds like your doing a podcast since this is a popular way for podcasting but i may be wrong.

Yeah its for podcasting.. I want it kinda like www.videogameshow.net How they have it listed and you can dl or play right there. I also want to put it on itunes
