I can't figure out how to change my name ingame....:(

I've got it. My steam is "Nokarot"

It takes your name directly from your steam name. Thus, you have to change your steam name to change your name name.

You've probably figured it out by now, but just in case...

If you shift+tab and go somewhere into the options, you can edit the name that appears when you play TF2. You don't need to change your Steam ID at all!
