My vote is for:

BloodRayne. All the powers of a vampire but none of the weaknesses. Her Blood Rage is especially killer!!

Conker is certainly a good one, that drunk 'ole squirrel. I've got so many I'd like to list - Sam & Max are such an awesome duo, and gave me tons of laughs back in the days of DOS. Gordon Freeman has to be mentioned, as well as Duke Nukem and the Doom space marine.

I've got too many good memories from gaming to just mention one :p
