stolen cd key

So I was in the middle of remodeling and going through my old games and such to organize them on my shelves I put in and I found my StarCraft Batllechest, so I went and installed it and when I put in my cd key that was on my cd case it said it was already in use, Now given none of my friend play it so they couldn't have written down the key and then used it themselves, I'm at a lost because I can't play it on bnet at all and blizzard responded saying "oh well" basically to me. Has anyone else had something like this happen to them?

but yeah it happens all the time, some freaks must have flung your cdkey into a wretched keygen or sumtin.

Not exactly hard to nab a Starcraft CD Key. The tech used back then to generate them was ridiculously simplistic, and all the Crack teams out there have had the tools to get each and every one for years. Blizzard has been addressing this issue secretly with the newer Korean versions though.

honostly, my friend gave me that game, but not a CD Key, all I used was 01234567890123 until its filled up. Worked every time i unistalled it and reinstalled it
