lolz well uhhh.....i would understand ur pain but u wont be able ta force urself to sleep. ur body iz so used to a different time zone, its gonna take some time.

I went online and did some research (lolz 5 second research) and found this at

jet lag (http://www.serveyourworld.com/articles/54/1/Fighting-Jet-Lag)

After the Flight

Get sun. Sun has a major impact on resetting your body’s clock. Make sure to get at least an hour of sun the first few days you arrive.

Get some light exercise. Exercise helps relax the body and promote adaptation to the new time zone.

When in Rome, be a roman. Follow the daily routine and time schedule of your destination. Stay up or go to bed early depending on your new schedule. This is the best post-flight method to fight jet lag.

Take a shower. Water and bathing can help smooth the body, speeding up adaptation to the new time schedule.

Melatonin

Studies have shown that taking small doses of melatonin can prevent jet lag. See your doctor for details.

Don’t

Never take sleeping pills. Although this is a common technique for travelers, sleeping pills have been attributed to a number of deaths among long distance passengers.

lol, researcher Micki to the rescue. hahahahhaa

. .. when we were going to south africa, we stopped in madrid for a 20 hour layover (or something like that) . . . we actually rented a hotel room so we could sleep for like 12 hours . . .but it was kind of depressing .. . now i wish i would have looked around Madrid more instead of slept . . . lol, although sleep is ESSENTIAL in addie's life

lol, believe me . . . after a 10-hour 747 flight from NYC to Madrid . .. you'll collapse .. . . lets just say that in addition to the loss of sleep . . . there's a certain digestive system inflation that occurs during the flight . . . b/c of the change in air pressure, it makes it SO painful to sit through a long flight. o . .. m . .. g . .. . . .. . wow, it's indescribable.

lol i don't have jet lag... i had (wow) and sometimes have 'playing wow or a computer game all night and no sleep' lag

best way for me is if i stay up all night... not to goto sleep untill after dinner time that day... and man its hard tro stay awake.. but trust me your body will love you after u reset your sleep patterns...

another thing is to not use the tv, radio, computer 1 hour before going to bed because it help you get to sleep due to the mind not be as active as when u watch tv or PC(that includes mac's as well lol)

5 mins before going to sleep drink 1 cup of coffee... coffee is stimulant BUT in the 1st approx 30 mins it can act like a relaxant..

well thats my methods that i can remember atm

oh yeh one other thing.. light-heavy exercise 0.5-2 hours before bed is one excellent way to get to sleep
