He means you should be able to access your profile from anywhere on the forums. Take this post for example, when I go back to the main forum index I'll be able to just click on my name and see my profile since I'm the last poster. He's saying you should be able to do pretty much the same thing, but from anywhere. Like have a button on the nav. bar that links you to your profile. As of right now all you have is your CP, which I say is better, but that's just me.
