First off, welcome to the community!
Secondly, this is in the wrong forum. I believe it's supposed to be in the Spotlight.
Thirdly, you must be picked by a PMS girl in order to become one. And don't bug a girl the heck outta her about it. It's already been discussed alot, and when the time's right, you'll be picked. All about destiny and getting to know someone.
