Hey there! I already got a fr from you :) Anyways, welcome to our forums! For H2o recruitment, go into the "How do I join PMS?" Section and at the bottom is H2o Recruits. If you read some of the topics in there, you'll learn a bit of what it takes to become an h2o and join the online clan (the biggest requirement being a PMS girl sponsering you as her h2o!)
