I was wondering if there was a visual roster for PMS and H2o clans. If possible I'd like to see it, so that as a possible recruit, I'll be able to get to know most of the population of the clan. I think it's important that a clan be close, and know each other well enough to joke, and be able to tell when that person is joking. So. back to the question, is there a roster or anything I can look at?

No, we do not display rosters publicly, with well over 1,000 members in both PMS|H2O it would be impossible to maintain it.

Alright, thanks for the answer. I suspected you guys had a lot of members... but that's a lot more than I suspected. Approximately how many are active on these forums?

I didn't know there was over 1,000 members in PMS & H2o? I thought it was around 800 or something.

We have members joining/leaving everyday with close to 30 divisions. There is no way to maintain a roster as there is no way to be in contact with all division leaders everyday. Its a waste of time and resources. We have a global roster ATM that Lady maintains for PMS but it goes out of date very fast.

We say 800 in PMS clan which i have no clue is an accurate number.

We could do a 3 month kind of thing. You are on the roster if you have been in PMS or H2O for 3 months or longer. So we dont have to keep adding and removing peopel everyday because a lot of the time, peopel dont stay any longer than 1 to 2 months sadly(that ive seen)
We add and remove rights everyday, thats not too impossible now is it snake ;)

come on snake i could do it i have time to do this in school than more than i have time to game during school time. i would like to do more administrative work after battle field 2142 dies

When I was in PMS there was a roster and it didn't seem like too much of a problem.

I dont see a problem in a private roster.
Isn't adding and removing rights for members enough? Trying to go and maintain an active roster for all the divisions is a complete nightmare, not because its so hard to make a list of people, but because leaders from individual divisions often don't get their information to us on time, which means we have to go hunt them down. That just takes far too much time, we have trouble with the workload we've currently got. I will be eventually redoing the leader hierarchy that we had before, eventually, but its very challenging.
