Which states in the U.S. have a ban on fireworks??? (I've always wanted to know)

michigan does. I think its only airborne fireworks though.

texas doesnt, but we have a burn ban pretty much every summer anyways

Florida has ban for airborne fireworks too.

In Cali some countys ban fireworks all together, others just airborne. But that doesn't stop us :D

Hawaii only bans aerials...
NJ doesn't like having them sold, so you go across the border into PA and there are tents set up everywhere to sell small stuff like fountains. Havn't really seen bottle rockets and whatnot in PA, well...i mean people launch them, but havn't seen them available for purchace.
In oklahoma you can get fined for popping firecrackers, but I'm not sure about fireworks.

umm when i lived in NY they had a bann. but GA doesnt. well if they do im breakin the laws. & I believe that TN has one but im not sure

In Colorado its illegall to sell airborne fireworks... but that doesnt stop anyone from going to Wyoming or New Mexico :D .

they are banned in kansas
