I was just thinking about this.. and I guess ive been playing for a long time. Me and my best friend would play a bunch of different games on nentendo and playstation and gamecube when we were much younger. But I actually got into xbox in 7th grade and then stopped playing a couple months ago.. so Ive been playing on xbox for like 3 years I think?
How long has everyone else been playing?

good idea lol.
i started out on gameboy and sega game gear. i think i still have my game gear at my dad's lol. it's so big, about the size of the Wii and it's hand held xD
then i moved on to super nintendo with donkey kong, best games ever. then ps1, 64, gamecube ps2, xbox, 360, ps3.
i've had 3 gamecubes, 4 ps2s and 3 xbox's lol. i sell and rebuy a lot XD
so i'd say i've been gamin since as long as i can remember lol. probably age 5.

Well if you include the Atari and Commador64 my brother and I got when we were kids, I've been gaming for 29 years, LMAO. But I've been gaming seriously since I was 17 when I got a Nintendo( first one) console. I'm 34 now. Big Shout-out to my generation!!

I am at 23 years of gaming.
LOL...glad to see I am not the only one this age (33...almost 34) that had an Atari and Commador! I played all through High School with Nintendo's too. Then we got a Playstation a few years after my hubby and I got married and there were Gameboy's as well for the kids and us. Then we moved to computer games and havent looked back. The whole family plays now. My kids have played since they were old enough to run a controller or keyboard.
There is nothing like the fun of a family game night. Have to make extra explanations to new teachers every year though. Had a concerned teacher call me one time when my daughter when to school and said she shot her daddy the night before and he was really mad. ;) (my daughter is one heck of a sniper :D ).

I've been playing for at least ten years now. Don't really remember what I played when I was younger, but I do remember being a pc gamer before switching over to a PS2.

I started playing when I was 6 when my cousin came to visit with some friends of my aunt. I got a taste of the original Gameboy and although I had a nintendo (well my brother had one) I wasn't that interested till that point. Till this day I remember playing Go!Go!Tank! on his gameboy, and although it is a anticlimactic beginning to my love (and quite possibly the only thing that allows me to think, kind of like meditation), it has lead to me also finding the only person I have ever grown to trust.
And as for a list of systems I have ever had, well lets just say it is not worth putting because it is missing on very key system that everyone should own.

I had the Sega system, I can't even remember what it was killed, I loved to play, I loved the challenge. I got N64 after that, stopped playing for a while because none of my friends played, and then I got an Xbox and Xbox Live and etc.... the rest is history.
Oh Yea, I had the original GameBoy and all that, I love watching my sister play DS, and we play 1v1 and I just beat her with out playing at all! I am trying to get her on Halo, playing with the PMS girls, but she doesn't want to, and I don't want her to take my Xbox time! lol
So basically since I was about 6 or 7 I believe... 10 Years!
