This game is called 'Corrupt a Wish'.

Example (How to Play):

Poster One says a wish like
"I wish there was flyings pigs".

Poster Two would grant the wish but have a down side too it, then Poster Two would say his wish.
"Granted Poster One, but the flying pigs would shoot lasers at you and kill people.

I wish for Halo 3 to come out now".

Poster Three then continues the process.
"Granted Poster Two, but it's not done yet so all the graphics will suck and it will miss levels, and Bungie will go out of business.

I wish for bagels".
