hey just wondering is there a way to delete your gamertag. cause my birthday is coming up and i wana get a new gamertag so that i can use that instant messenger update that came out a couple months ago.

You just cancel your subscription that your account is linked to and make a new one or you can jsut change your tag for 800 microsoft points I think.

But he wants to be able to use msn messanger, and if his account wasn't set too 18 yrs old it wont work.

I thought you couldnt, because its like stuck when you make your msn account. and you cant change which email is linked to your GT?

yeah, I turned 18 on Tuesday and Im still having the same problem

ya see looks like alot of people are having the same problem. What ive heard was that when you make your account and its under 18 it will always stay under 18 which is a child account. If you made your account and it was at first over 18 it will always be like an adult account. So like xbox admins. told me that like if you turned 18 and your account was at first a child account you have to make a new account and set your age over 18 in order to use msn which i personally think is :censored: sorry for that but of course microsoft is trying to get your money. So i guess like within the month if i make H2O i will make a new account with like an h2o GT. So than i can actually use that msn thing.
