I just picked up the new album, Stadium Arcadium. Has anyone else heard it? It's got two discs, with 28 songs (!). For your reading enjoyment, here's the lyrics to one of the songs I just finished listening to:
Note: The lyric booklet that comes with it is kind of messed up, it doesn't label the choruses or when they're repeated, so you kind of have to listen to the song itself to know when, but I get that's the idea :D

Scar Tissue FTW, but my favorite song by them is Can't Stop. Cause I just can't stop! (Waits for the crickets to start chirping)

Yeah I've had the album for a bit now, I really like it! I listen to it at work all the time. :D

lol thats my second favorite, my first would be Soul Squeeze (love to guatar work on that one) Honestly I think RHCP should have taken more time on each song I dont find this album they put out to be as good as their last few -_-

The album is quite good, and RHCP rocks. Saw them live in Germany back in '04, too bad the horrible sound FunnyBunnyFunnyBunnyFunnyBunnyFunnyBunnyed the concert up, so I went and saw Turbonegro instead.
My sister has it and I've heard like every song 5 times, lol. It's pretty catchy though.

I used to listen to them alot back when BloodSugar came out... but since then, I havent listened to them a whole lot... but I do have all their albums up untill their latest.

lol, I was listening to it (and still am) when I saw the thread.
I think its great, theres a lot of it purely because they've become really confident with the sound that they have right now. I think ( obviously if you like RHCP) then its just somethng you can just pop into your walkman or music player or whatever and just go with it. Its easy listening. But I must say I really love Dani California - the vidio was excellent.
I dont have this think about California, but Californication is one of my fave songs. But By the way and Cant stop were awsome. Its difficult for me to have one singular fave RHCP song, there are just so many I love.
Also, did you know in France they call them "the Red Hots"?

i just got the new CD!!!!!!! OMG! THIS THING IS AMAZING! :) I LOVE IT!!!!! Gotta love the guitar line in "Snow ((Hey Oh))" :)
i wanna try to see these guys in concert in Boston . .. they're playing Oct. 2 and Oct. 22nd there :)
