problems signing into xbox live

i'm having loads of problems signing into xbox live and my profile. it doesnt seem to auto-sign in anymore, and when i select my profile it comes up saying that i cant connect to xbox live and would i like to test my connectio. well i do, it says everythings fine that i'm connected to the internet and xbox live, so i go back to sign in with my profile, and same thing happens again. says i cant connect to xbox live, and would i like to test the connenction. it takes several attempts at doing this to sign in.

can any body help me out hear because i'm completely lost at whats going on and its rely p***ing me off!!

Maybe your 360s Ethernet input is broken.

If you use ethernet i cant help you much. If you use a wirless connection like i do then your xbox might be trying to connect to a neighbors connection, if that is the cast its quite simple to fix. Just go to the connection settings on your xbox and choose your connection. My xbox never auto-signs in any more ever since they did the major repairs to xbl earlier this year.
