Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know that there is a Chromehounds demo available in the marketplace as long you you dont live in the US or Canada. Appears people in North America are getting screwed...or are we?

There is a way around the region coding to download the demo. Basically go to www.passport.com and set up a new Silver account (no Credit card needed) in another country like the UK for example then use that account to save it to the HDD there ya go problem solved. If your still confused hit this link (http://microsoft.controllerfreaks.com/fullnews.asp?NewsID=7390) and follow it back for more detailed and pic's of how to set up a foreign account.

Enjoy, TK

I did the exact same thing to download it... I didn't like the game - its too slow for my taste.... but I think it will go well in a multiplayer enviroment.

I liked the demo, yes it was slow but it makes the game more believable.
An online mode would have been good though.

if you're not a fan of Mechassault, don't bother downloading it.

I followed Demon's lead and created an Xbox Live account in Europe. It's alright I guess. I just can't get into mech games...

How come it is coming out later in the states? The actual game that is. (unless I saw the wrong date)

I have chromehounds... I win :)

The game is multiregional, so if you really want it - you can import one from Europe (PAL) and it will work. However, you need to know someone in Europe who can get access to games before they are released. (Woot for Foreign Exchange Students) :P

I know of someone that probably had it before you (GibGirl). You lose. ;)

game.co.uk ship games so they arrive the day before release, and they deliver to the USA.
