Command and Conquer 3 World Builder

The C&C3 World builder is finally available Here (http://www.commandandconquer.com/community/worldbuilder/default.aspx).
If you're like me this is something you've been impatiently waiting for.

I thought while I'm at it that this thread would be a good place to share good maps we've found or created ourselves.

I'm considering getting this game. I love RTS games a lot, although i haven't really played many of them, and definitely not on the PC.

The demo seemed abit quick paced for a beginner like me. How is the full game?

The single player is ok. It comes with the overacted cinematics we all know and love (Micheal Iron side, who plays Sam Fisher in Splinter Cell, is the general in the game).

The multiplayer all depends on your opponent. From what I'm read the online MP is all about who can rush the most of what unit the fastest.

Skirmish/Lan is a little better. The only gripe I have is that there's no turning off the superweapons (as far as I can remember).

Each race has some pretty neat powers (NOD and Scrin are the best IMO).

It's no Starcraft, but it's a pretty cool game.

I'm looking to play more on a single player aspect. I know, I'm a loner. I like building as big as I can and all that.

Or maybe there's another RTS option out there?

I dug the demo of C&C3, just because of the graphics, and the variation in units.

C&C3 is definitely a cool game. During single player missions I usually try to capture key buildings in the enemy base and then build an army with units from all factions available and use their own superweapons against them. It takes for ever sometimes, but I think it's fun. It's more challenging to capture rather to storm the base and level it.

Neither. Go old school, play StarCraft.

Ya Ya Ya. I'm a graphic nut. I don't think I could fall that far back in time and still enjoy the game as much as I'd want to.

What about RTS games that focus more on developing population or growing your empire, instead of battling the enemy?

starcraft world builder is still harder than this LOL

I played the 360 demo and didn't like it at all after playing the PC version. The only other RTS I would recommend would be Supreme Commander, it's much different but it is pretty much the only other RTS enjoy besides C&C.

I probably won't make too much but I'll download it and play around with it.
