Splash?

I was trying for a Second opinion.... On my Splash that I just throw together. It's for ShayneStudios.com ( my Design Studios I'm starting, and going to create everything under.) ShayneStudios will host DustinShayne.com which will be my personal Portfolio to submit with a resumé. It'll eventually grow into it's own site as well. Let me know what you think?

It's very simple, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I can't pinpoint what what I think should be changed, but for some reason I think there should be something...

And the S logo thing looks extremely familiar, not sure why though.

yeah.. I actually just thought of it one day at work, but I think it reminds me of WinAmp.
I think I'll "section off" the logo at the top, to make it more resemble a header. But remember, it's a splash.. not the site :P
