So let me get this straight. She gets hauled into the principals office and gets a black mark on her permanent record because she hurt some gay people's feelings (no offense anyone) by saying "That's so gay," but the people making fun of her because of her religion don't even get a slap on the wrist? If that isn't hypocritical and wrong, then I don't know what is!
The way I see it she had every reason to sue. Her right to free speech was violated and she was treated unfairly. I hope she wins her case too!

What about it's right to protect someone b/c of their religious preference from harassment? Mormons aren't one of my fav. people because they shun all things fun in life, but they were directly insulting her. She made a comment, not towards anyone and is the one in trouble. Don't they know the difference between saying, THAT's so gay and YOU'RE so gay? Apparently people skipped out on that segment of english class :nono: oh and im not sying that it's okay to say it either, so no flamminggg
