The PMS|H2O Clan Ventrilo/Mumble Admin

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the administration and use ventrilo/mumble.
• Setting up channels as directed/needed.
• Account setup & password resets.
• Processing requests for accounts for non-PC members.
• Working with division leaders to set vent ranks and rights.
• Following procedures to track appropriate access levels.
• Training new division leaders on how to use vent/mumble setups.
• Modifying documentation for set-up procedures.
• Routinely taking a backup of the ventrilo/mumble setup.
• Recreating services when they are down.
• Responding to our server sponsor for request.
• Setting the MOTD with social media.
• Auditing accounts for accuracy.
• Resetting passwords as necessary.
• Updating forum information with new tech information.

Requirements for position:

• A clean history in the clan with no major disciplinary actions such as previous bans, suspension, division/clan removal, or consistent member conflicts.
• Interested PMS|H2O Clan Members must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.
• Comfortable providing phone number for texting in case of emergencies.
• Works well with division leaders.
• Works well independently.
• Familiarity with ventrilo/mumble.
• Regularly on ventrilo/mumble and able to respond to issues.
• Familiarity with PMS|H2O Forums.
• Trustworthy.

The PMS|H2O Gamer Server Administrator

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the administration and use of game servers.
• Setting up users via web admin console.
• Making sure our servers are up and running. May include Ventrilo and Mumble
• Working with division leaders to make sure they are using the servers.
• Applying appropriate patches and updates for games and anticheat.
• Attend monthly PC division leaders meeting.
• Implement PMS|H2O brand messaging on each server.
(ie Server Name - PMS|H2O Public Server - www.pmsclan.com - Sponsored by www.clanwarz.net)
• Implementing appropriate admin access for division leaders.
• Following procedures to track appropriate access levels.
• Training new division leaders on how to use game servers.
• Modifying documentation for the set-up procedures.

• Recreating services when they are down as needed.
• Responding to our server sponsor for request.
• Auditing accounts for accuracy.
• Resetting passwords as necessary.
• Updates forum information with new tech information.
