Hello fellow PMS and H2O members! It has been awhile since we have written directly to the community, but we have some exciting news to share with all of you! We have been working on some big changes behind the scenes...and will be starting the New Year with a fresh face of PMS and H2O!

As you know, we are incredibly proud of what PMS and H2O have become over the last nine years. Our amazing community--and its continued growth-are a result of all of the amazing girls and guys that are a part of this clan and community. We cannot even begin to count the hundreds of clan members who have selflessly served as leaders and staff to keep the organization going by providing structured game play while supporting our mission and providing unique value to our sponsors and partners.

This year, we will turn ten years old...Ten! Such an accomplishment! To celebrate, we will be planning a year’s worth of activities, events, prize giveaways (and whatever else we can think up) to celebrate this special occasion with all of you! We have surpassed 30,000+ registered users on our site, continued to support our professional players at global events, and even raised thousands of dollars for charity – all through gaming and you! We want to carry this momentum into 2012 and accomplish even more next year!

And, of course in order to do this, we are going to need some additional help. :-D

In October, Athena and I decided that it was time to make some changes in leadership for the clan. Effective December 2011, we are promoting Ticorah PMS (Tracy Kobeda Brown) and Kitteh PMS (Chloe Brown) to Clan leader and Co-Clan leader, respectively. These girls have been long time members and leaders of PMS Clan and have worked hard over the years to keep PMS Clan operating. They are dedicated members and valuable leaders to all of us. We know that by promoting them to leader and co-leader, we are helping PMS Clan to continue to evolve into next decade. Of course, everyone who knows us knows that we would never relinquish these titles to people who we feel didn’t deserve them. We are proud that they are part of the community and consider them great friends, and we know they will be a driving force to the future of PMS and H2O Clan.

BTW, no worries...we aren’t going anywhere! We will still be here to game, take part in the community, and continue the growth of the PMS and H2O brands. Our positions will move to the Board of Directors & Advisors, where we will still have keen eyes and voices on all major operations of the groups.. This will allow us to focus on strategic guidance for the clan--and to allow Ticorah and Kitteh (with the support of many of their directors and staff) to handle the day to day clan operations...something they have already proven to excel.

With all that being said, please help me give a warm congratulations to PMS Clan’s new leaders...and keep an eye out for all the great events and projects we have planned for 2012!

Ticorah PMS Tracy Kobeda Brown, aka Ticorah PMS, has been a member of PMS Clan for four and a half years and has served as the PC General and Business Development Director of PMS, as well as past division leader for Battlefield 2142 and Call of Duty for PC. She is the CEO of Evil Genius Designs, a design company that specializes in leveraging mobile devices for entertainment and advertising purposes.

Kitteh PMS Chloe Brown, aka Kitteh PMS, has been a member of PMS Clan since March 2005 and has served in numerous roles for PMS Clan, including: Staff, Head Staff, and Division Leader of Halo Bravo, Halo Commander, Clan Community Manager, Documentation Director, Operations Director, and Clan Administrator. Chloe has also served on the Executive Team for four years. She is currently counting down the days of Fall quarter, dancing her art out as a member of the Snow Core for a local production of the Nutcracker, planning a wedding, and pretending to sleep on occasion.
